Bin History

Since the Dawn of the Bin, there have been many bintastic moments that weevil was there to witness. We take a look at some of the more memorable events to have occurred in the bin with the ultimate timeline.
From the day Bin Weevils found their way into our hearts, to the day the much anticipated Tink and Clott made their first public appearance.

May 27th, 2003 – Binweevils was born…With the help of Nick [an early sponsor] Bin Weevils opened it’s door to the great weevil public! [Click Here To View Old Binweevils]
September 24th, 2007 - Binweevils relaunched with a fresh new look, beforehand Binweevils was a 2D world hosted by Nickelodeon.
January 15th, 2008 - The bintastic Weevil Wheels was available for everyone to play, and could be played at Dirt Valley.
May 2nd, 2008 - Mulch Island found it’s way into the bin. The earlier Mulch Island had a golden coin hidden in a random location each day [It was worth 50 mulch]
May 21st, 2008 - Bin Pets were released and were available to anyone.
May 5th, 2010 - The day Tink and Clott made their first public appearance in the bin [In favour of the Bin Weevils Election]
May 25th, 2010 - Bin Weevils first ever Mulch Weekly [Mulch Weekly continued on as a regular event shortly after]
June 15th, 2010 - Bin Gardens were born, forcing weevils everywhere to get growing weird and wonderful plants.
June 25th, 2010 - The Nest Inspectors magazines were released, showcasing a large selection of brilliant nests designed by you lot!
August 31st, 2010 - The Haggle Hut launched, which allowed weevils to sell unwanted items once again. This was previously possible in the old bin, but was disabled for a while along with the release of the new bin, early April.
October 6th, 2010 - Weevils were getting extra funky when a wide selection of new hats were released at Tycoon Island. Hem’s Hats stocks all sorts of weird and wacky hats [Bin-Tycoon Required]
November 15th, 2010 – The incredible Weevil Changer arrived, allowing weevils everywhere to change and alter parts of their appearance [This was disabled beforehand]

New Bings Grotto and Club Fing

Evening Weevils!
Bing’s Grotto & Club Fling has had a fresh new makeover! Check it out, there are a couple of new rooms and when you click to go to Bing’s Grotto & Club Fling you get directed to the new opening.
It’s all very flashy, do you think the Binweevils Team they had Las Vegas in mind whilst creating this?

This also means the old Bing’s Grotto & Club Fling has been demolished, which is slightly disappointing. Ohh well, out with the old and in with the new. The updated Bing’s Grotto & Club Fling comes alongside some new pipes and some other bin oddities…
Shame you can’t use the Popcorn Dispenser!

But what really get’s me thinking is that if the Daily Crown is only ever hidden in cam enabled rooms, and if they’re gradually reducing all the 3D rooms then where will the crown be hidden after that…

Pirate Party (Walkthrough)

Morning Weevils!
The Pirate Party is once again in full swing at Slam’s Party Box. And there are some very minor differences to this years party, the first being the all new added Slide-Puzzle at the bottom deck.
And secondly, the Free Flag located at the BW Deck is a 2011 version meaning it differs from last years party.

1] First of all if you’re a Tycoon you may proceed and go under deck [MMX]
2] Click the Pirate Shield and Stone and answer five very simple questions.
3) Complete the Slide-Puzzle, careful though, it might make you pull your hair out!
*By doing so you would have now be rewarded with a Pirate Shield and Stone for your nests and a decent sum o’ mulch!

4] Exit the room and jump up the steps [to the right]
5] Click the Steering Helm and complete the mini game.
6] Proceed and exit the room.

6] You may now head over to The Captains Cabin [BW]
7] Click the Captain’s Puzzle game and complete the colour sequence.
*Colour codes will vary from weevil to weevil and there is really no telling what combination you will need...

8] Once you have figured out the puzzle sequence you will be rewarded with a total of 50 Mulch and 3 Experience.
9] Claim your free Pirate Flag [2011 version]

And you’re done, but wait. There is no free Treasure Chest in the MMX room unlike the last Pirate Party! That’s slightly disappointing, I wonder why Binweevils decided to remove it this time around?
It’s still there but you can’t redeem it like you could at last years party, why Binweevils, why?

Pirate Prize Answers! ARGH!!!

Hey weevils of the bin and people of the Earth. Cuz of the Pirate party the bw team made a piraty puzzle too! The lucky weevils with the right answer will get a fair amount of mulch. So get going, The answer was: Robin Hook
Please don’t be mistaken by Robin Hood because theres no D in the table.
